Love this thing. I take it to football games and no longer have shaky video and a tired arm. One of the best features is the quick attachment.

I already have a tripod, but I'm not always allowed to use it inside public buildings, so I decided to add a monopod to my photography equipment. And I am so glad that I did. This monopod/unipod is really terrific, and works like a charm. It has a quick disconnect which makes it really convenient when I want to just use the camera on its own. That feature by itself is worth the entire investment!
