I thought this book might serve as a four-language (fully inter-indexed) culinary dictionary, or rather as a French/English, English/French culinary dictionary, and found that it is only indexed by the Hungarian term, which limits its usefulness unless you are studying or translating Hungarian, in which case it would be extremely useful, though only indexed from the Hungarian.
