Holds my 20" Samsung LCD like a champ! Very sturdy. Integrated cable management is great. Rotating arms allow for fantastic adjustment in the horizontal plane.
Vertical plan is a little more tricky with one point of rotation at the barrel joint between the two arms.
Screen orientation is easily adjusted at the end of the arm with two 360 degree joints oriented perpendicular to each other, 45 degrees from the vertical.
All joints secured with allen bolts. Semi-tight securing allows for easy adjustment, without having to get out the tools, and still holding in place.

I was excited to receive and install the Neo-Flex and initially delighted with it. It's well-constructed and fairly easy to install.
But after using it for three weeks, I have a major complaint: The vertical extending range is just not sufficient. I've been suffering significant back pain and part of the reason is that I'm looking *down* at my monitor. It's cranked up to the absolute maximum height -- which i measure at 15.5" -- and it's well below my typical (read: average) sitting position, in a regular desk/task chair. I estimate that this type of device should extend vertically about 21" from the top of a desk, to put a monitor at eye-level for a typically-sized person. (i.e., me)
So, I'm having to return this product. I would gladly buy a similar product from the same company, but only if I can confirm that the vertical extension range is adequate.

I used this mount with a 22" Samsung LCD--didn't have any problems with weight / holding it place. The arm is a little difficult to setup, and the lower and raise button is not easy to use. If you don't need to adjust your monitor position frequently this product should work fine. If you need something with a little more flexibility go with the Ergotron LX. I'd buy this product again.
