This powerful yet easy-to-use navigation system features an integrated GPS receiver that locks in fast and provides door-to-door directional guidance with voice prompts in 18 languages. And should your route change as you're driving, the unit's automatic rerouting function will adjust to new directions within three seconds. The large, color touch screen offers a 3D view with pan and zoom functions. The X380 has a 3.5-inch TFT LCD with a 320 x 240-pixel resolution and 250 cd/m2 (candela per square meter) brightness rating--good for viewing under bright sunlight. The built-in speaker system has an 8 ohm impedance and 2-watt power. For closer listening to directions, it also offers a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack. It comes with US road maps loaded onto an included 1 GB Secure Digital (SD) memory card, as well as a DVD with entire mapping of the United States and Puerto Rico. The built-in media player is compatible with MP3 digital audio and JPEG image formats as well as video files saved to SD card. The unit also includes a USB mini port for connecting to a PC for easy downloading directly to the SD card.
