Most comfortable insoles on the market May 10, 2008
I've been using these insoles for the better part of a year so far and have been highly impressed with their perfomance. It seems that most insoles come in one of two categories. First, many tout how well they support your arches. Personally, I find that the hard plastic used to provide the support is like having a rock in my shoe and is quite painful to use.
The second category of insoles are geared toward comfort and most of them are made using gel. The Sof Sole is a comfort insole made from foam that provides both a nice cushion and decent support for maximum overall comfort. I've worn these on vacations where I've walked anywhere from 6-10 miles a day for a week straight with no discomfort.
In short, the Sof Sole is the best insole I've found and I highly recommend them. It should be noted that they won't last forever and you should replace them after several months of wear.

My foot doctor recommended I buy a fine pair of running shoes. When I purchased my Brooks the store encouraged me to buy the Sofsole insole instead of depending on the one that came in the shoe. They were not wrong. The only problem is I want them in all my shoes and as nothing lasts forever, I'm buying replacements on-line. They're not the $11 I paid in the store, but somewhat more. Must hurry back to the new mall in Myrtle Beach were I bought them to stock up!
