The product was received promptly, in seemingly good condition and as represented. The company was efficient and provided updates for it's processing/delivery. And once received they sent an email to me allowing the opportunity to confirm my satisfaction or not... including both phone and email contacts if there were any issues - there were not.
The item was purchased as a gift so I can not comment yet, as to any lesser obvious faults of the suitcase(ie. locking mechanism, spinner wheels, etc) as they have not been tested at this time... thus the 4 star rather than 5 star rating.
