The spinners were good and durable. So far the two spinners traveled with me for more than 30,000 miles and a lot of time in tough road. I have given the two small pieces to my mother, and she like them a lot.

The seller did not ship the item in time. Customer care is not available readily, and goes to a call-centre which did not help me with the status. I was directed to track the item with USPS!
Ultimately, I did not get the item and till now I do not know whether I am
charged for it.

I bought this set very excited about using it to easily navigate through airports. The first time that we used it one of the spinners on the bottom of the upright broke off during transit. The airline says that they aren't responsible for damage to the luggage. I called Samsonite, and they said that it's not a problem with the luggage either. So...after using it only one time, we had to take it to a repair shop to get a new spinner put on. It cost $30 and the repair center said that he gets these in all of the time where they break off from using them on airplanes. The way I see it, why even bother buying this set if you can't use it when flying. The only advantage is if you don't check your luggage, but carry it on the plane.

We bought this set and loved it. It is cute and durable. I love Samsonite luggage, have bought separate pieces in the past, but when I saw this set at Amazon's price, I could not refuse. It was a very good purchase for us.
