We have an older one that has made several international trips, and we decided to stick with a product that has served as well. I'd recommend this over other brands and other products. The price we paid ($169) was also reasonable.

The Spinner arrived in record time - two days early. It IS very heavy (but the specs were clearly available, so my fault). I immediately went on a transatlantic flight (with 3 connections) and the base was cracked open and a seam had opened when I arrived. I may have been unlucky and got a bad one. Otherwise, wheels, handle, lock, inside straps etc all good.
 Perfect when travelling !!! Had lots of luggage before this is #1 April 4, 2008

Those small spinning wheels really work perfect !
The interior is really good and practical.
The TSA approved lock is the best improvement;)

The product and price were agreeable and I ordered it in plenty of time to receive it for my trip. It never arrived and when I returned from my trip I inquired directly to the company and they said they sent an e-mail explaining that it was NO LONGER AVAILABLE and that my credit card would be credited. I went back to check my e-mail log and no e-mail was ever received by them. I would order at least 2 1/2 months prior to your need to avoid this problem.

I've been on a couple of trips with this suitcase, fantastic. Wheels around so easily, even fully loaded to the hilt!
Side where pull handle comes out is rock solid, put anything breakable on that side. Put clothes on other side as it can dent in.
Type of material looks like it will handle many good wacks and pokes and not break.
Lightweight due to the material.
openers won't get caught on anything and TSA lock means you can lock it up before checking it in.
Great buy, very happy with it.
