This sled was a gift for a one year old. His parents were delighted and we are so glad that we have a lot of snow. Now we need it to be a tad warmer. No fool would take a baby sledding in this sub zero weather.

This was perfect for my newborn last year, but unfortunately I agree with the size restriction in one of the other reviews ~ tiny babies only, and certainly not up to 2 years as the description reads. My son JUST turned one and I was looking forward to using this at least this winter. He's @ 30-31" and the back is nowhere near tall enough for him to lean back comfortably, nor is the sled length long enough to stretch his little legs out. I also question the air exchange capability of the seemingly stuffy plastic zip enclosure. Currently searching Consumer Reports and such for a sled that with a little more longevity than this one.

The sled was in what I expected, the box on the other hand that it came in was beaten up pretty good.

Works well, but the canopy is too small to go over all but tiny babies. Not enough space for average 12 month old.

This is a wonderful sled for children. THe covering keeps them away from the wind and flying snow. They sent this to me very promptly and my daughter loves riding in it.
